**Refund Policy**
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your item and it does not meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. In its original packaging.
To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item at DonLucciClothing@hotmail.com. Please provide your order number and reason for the return and our team will assist you.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please package the item securely and ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving the return label.
3. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved your funds will be returned to your bank account within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds will not be processed for items returned after the 7-day period.
